vGreens is looking for a Working Student in System Administration & IT Support (m/f/d) to join our growing team and support our daily operations. In this position, you will play a key role in keeping our internal IT operations running smoothly, empowering our team to work efficiently and focus on our mission. From managing hardware and troubleshooting software issues to administering our Microsoft 365 environment —you’ll be the go-to tech expert that keeps everything running behind the scenes.
Your Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of the day-to-day administration of our Microsoft 365 environment (user management, security settings, policy configuration, license management, etc.
- Set up and maintain internal IT infrastructure, including office networks, printers, and endpoint devices
- Define and establish internal IT processes, documentation, and best practices
- Manage hardware and software provisioning for employees, including onboarding and offboarding
- Provide internal support for IT issues, with the ability to go beyond first-level troubleshooting
- Ensure office equipment and meeting room technologies operate reliably
Your Profile:
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Practical experience in administering Microsoft 365 environments, ideally from internships, working student roles, or private projects
- Good understanding of Windows and/or MacOS environments
- Experience or strong interest in setting up and maintaining internal IT systems and processes
- Proactive, self-reliant, and structured way of working
- Excellent problem-solving skills and willingness to build solutions from scratch
- Good communication skills in English; German is a plus
