He helps develop the software that powers our technology and supports our mission of making food production more predictable and data-driven.

Building the Software Behind Our Technology

Developing intelligent systems takes much more than writing code.

Right now, that includes developing a digital twin for our customers – one of the building blocks in making precision agriculture actually usable in the field. Cwan works closely with the team to implement new features, improve existing applications, solve technical challenges, and continuously develop the software behind our platform. His work helps connect data, hardware, and user-friendly applications into one integrated system.

Together with Cengiz, he forms a team that combines technical expertise with strong friendship. Having studied together before joining vGreens, they know how to challenge each other, exchange ideas, and solve complex problems side by side.

What Success Means to Cwan

When asked about his definition of success, he came up with a simple but honest statement:

"Success is achieving my own goals – together with the people I build them with."

It's a mindset that reflects not only his personal approach but also the commitment he brings to the table every day at vGreens.

A Team That Sticks Together

Of course, we also had to ask one of our favourite Inside Team questions:

If you were alone on an island, and could choose only one team member to come with you, who would it be?

For Cwan, the answer was easy: Cengiz.

Anyone at vGreens would probably have expected exactly that. The two are rarely seen apart, whether they're solving software challenges, exchanging ideas, or simply making the office a little more enjoyable. Their friendship reminds us that great things are rarely built alone.
