That’s why we recently swapped our lab coats and gathered for our Strategy Day at the BRYCK Startup Alliance in Essen.

The goal of the day was simple: take a step back from day-to-day operations and look at the bigger picture. Our leadership team shared where we currently stand, how we position ourselves in the market, and which priorities will guide the next phase of vGreens.

Another highlight was an introduction to Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
For a growing Startup like vGreens, OKRs help translate strategic goals into concrete priorities and measurable progress for each team.

They create a shared framework that connects big ideas with everyday work.

Ending the Day Together

After a day of discussion, Dominik's memes and a lot of learning, the evening continued in a more relaxed setting.
Over pizza, pasta, and a few well-deserved drinks, conversations shifted from strategy to ideas, experiences, and the kind of informal exchanges that just strengthen the team spirit.

In the end, companies are not built through slides or strategy documents.
